Just contracted with Moon Air, so my rating at this time is limited. However, family owned (BIG PLUS)! Very friendly and professional staff. Old school walk-in policy (ANOTHER BIG PLUS)! Seems like Moon Services hasn't forgotten its roots. Appreciate Old School.

Furnace cleaning: heat rises was 63. Air movement system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. All wiring was clean and secure. Indoor voltage enhancement system was running at 9.9uf. Factory spec is a 10uf. Checked flame gateway and sensor systems which were cloth clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern.checked heat movement system which was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
Heat rise is 33 degrees. Filter was changed recently. Indoor fan is clean. Indoor and outdoor coils have no leaks and are clean. Checked all wiring connections. Amp readings are good on indoor and outdoor units. Outdoor voltage enhancement system is rated 35/5uf actual 34.1/4.8uf and is within factory spec. Wiped off grim on outdoor unit with degreaser and WD40. Operation normal at this time.
Upon arrival found blower and evaporator coil very diry and leak at Schrader set up project manager during not recommend repair due to cost and age of system
Heat pump furnace and AC cleaning: delta t was 20 and heat rise was 58 degrees. Air filter system was dirty So I told customer and he said he will Clean it. Air movement system was dirty so I cleaned off using proper cleaner and wipes. Evap coil was clean and clear but I wiped down with proper Cleaner.all wiring was clean and secure. Drain line system was clean and clear of all debris. Voltage enhancement system was running at 43.7/4.8uf. Factory spec is a 45/5uf. Voltage gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern or worry. Compressor was running within good megohms. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor and outdoor unit. Systems were up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
Club Rejuvenation a/c Cleaning checked blower wheel is clean, blower voltage enhancement system factory specs 10uf actual 9.87uf checked exhausted removal system factory specs 1.50 amps actual 1.41 amps air movement system factory specs 1.90 actual 1.09 ampscompressor RLA factory specs 10.3 amps actual 6.80 amps voltage gateway is within factory resistant range. Checked 14X25X1 filter is clean. Performed Delta T supply air 51.8 return air 74.4 differential of 23 degree split system is functioning at normal operation
Replaced 3 flame gateway system burners. Replaced 1 heat sensor system rod. Cleaned bottom of flame gateway compartment.
Supply temperature was 99 and the return temperature was 65. Heat rise had a temperature difference of 34 degrees. Checked air movement system which was clean and clear of all debris. Checked wires inside wiring compartment which were all clean and secure. Checked flame gateway system which was rusty and cracking so I consulted with customer on the repair. Checked heat sensor system which was rusted and melting so I consulted with the customer on that repair as well. Checked air movement system voltage enhancement system which has a factory spec of 10uf. It ran at a 9.3uf which is within the factory fault. Checked voltage enhancement system which was a 55/5uf. It ran at a 53.9/4.9uf which is within the factory fault. System is running at normal operation at this time.
Club heat pump rejuvenation, Supply has a temperature of 112 degrees. Return has a temperature of 71 degrees. Heat rise of 41 degrees. Factory spec heat rise of between 35-65 degrees. The air filter is clean. All of the indoor control board connections are secure. Pulled out and cleaned off the blower wheel fins. The blower wheel is clean and spins freely without any obstructions. Cleaned out ez trap with the provided brush. Checked evaporator coil and pan both are clean and looking good. The condensate pump ran while servicing the unit. Wd40 wipe down of the indoor unit. The outdoor voltage enhancement system is reading 42.8/4.9uf and with a factory spec of 45/5uf it is within the allowable fault. The electrical gateway is without any pitting or burn marks and looks good. Tighten up loose electrical connections on the outdoor voltage enhancement system. All of the outdoor control board connections are secure. Brushed off the outdoor electrical compartment. The outdoor coil as well as
Inspected duct work. Found inadequate air distribution on 2nd floor of cape cod home. Recommend duct repair to assist 2nd floor cooling. 17o delta t. .4 total static on system. Replaced customer supplied air filter.
Will work up options and present to customer next Tuesday March 29
