Checked air conditioning. Found outdoor heat transfer system only humming upon start up. Inspected electrical and found d fault in voltage enhancement system. Explained repair to customer and recommended performance enhancement system due to age. Customer authorized repair. Replaced voltage enhancement system and added performance enhancement system. Cleaned outdoor heat transfer system. Delta t 17o.
Changed nozzle oil, Changed oil filter Changed strainer, Checked ignition transformer, pulled and cleaned bower cleaned cad cell and electrodes. Bled air out of system. Cleaned outdoor coil checked voltage enhancement system. Checked contactor. Checked fla and rla within factory specs operation normal at this time
Installing Daikin mini split with 12 year parts and 12 year labor warranty.
Found airconditioning system completely out of refrigerant and system leaking from the heat transfer media. Recommend replacing system due to age and damage that may already be done to compressor from leak. Now would also be a good time to upgrade furnace as well, it may have to be taken out to get the new air conditioning system installed. So I would strongly take that into consideration.

Working on a day and night air conditioner. Found the dual capacitor blown, replaced with American made part started and tested air conditioner- no other issues noted at this time, a new capacitor comes with a 5 year manufacturer's warranty.
