Had to set up wall control for electric back up heat.
WO-TNFR193875 Found system low on refrigerant. Checked for leaks electronically with no indication. Pressurized system with nitrogen. Unable to locate source of leak(s). Evacuated and recharged system. Fins and headers of coils are corroded.
Found problem with condensate removal system. Cleaned and flushed condensate drain lines. WO-TNFR184065
Repair refrigerant leak. Evacuate and recharged system with new refrigerant. Cleaned coils. Checked operation.

Leak from the Boiler, oil and water, pressure control is starting to fail, drips at 18 psi with the Boiler at 170 degrees, fuel pump seal is also starting to fail small oil drip under burner, test ran and is working at this time.
Club service gas heat, inducer fan amps .5, glow bar. 6, indoor fan 5.0, flame current 4.9uamps, filter is dirty and customer to change, 40 degrees delta t, operation normal at this time.
Warranty, small leak at new pump flange gaskets, reoaired.
Returned and installed new UV system and also power pack for charged media air filter, test operation.
Returned and replaced both circulation units, checked for leaks, and test run.
The following items have been corrected, first there is an exterior gfci locate on the side of the house facing the driveway. Installed a gfci breaker in the garage panel to protect the outside outlet, replaced outlet in kitchen with gfci outlet, remove used wire in attic area, repaired several reverse polarity outlets, secured loose box, replaced washer outlet in bathroom with gfci outlet, remove oil furnace switch and installed blank plate.
