Performed club rejuvenation ac cleaning. Refrigerant Pumping System RLA factory specs 12.8 amps actual 4.05 amps. Air movement system factory specs 0.95 amps actual 1.06 amps. Voltage enhancement system factory specs 40/5uf actual 38/4.88uf tighten spade connectors, voltage gateway res 18.1. Cleaned condenser coil. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured Delta T 22 degrees. Indoor air movement system factory specs 8.7 amps actual 4.75 amps. Indoor voltage enhancement system factory 10uf actual 9.9uf. Air movement blower wheel is clean free of any obstruction. Heat transfer media coil system is good and clean. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured system is functioning as intended at this time.
WO-TNFR266075 Found main emergency pressure relief system bad. Removed and replaced main emergency relief valve Performed club cleaning checked ignition control system is good. Checked for gas leaks found no leaks. Checked operation of motorized combustion damper. Inspected expansion tank. Checked and inspected automatic water pressure system is good , boiler chambers are clean and free of any obstruction cleaned burner tubes. Burn has blue flame. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured. Checked all safetys and limits are good. System is operating at 20 psi. System is functioning as intended at the end of service
Installed new weatherproof GFCI in new outdoor box for service receptacle. Ran new copper conductors into furnace and junctioned existing aluminum conductors in metal boxes in furnace closet.
Cleaned all filters evaporator coils and blowers are clean wiped down units getting proper delta ts checked electrical connections condenser coil is clean wiped down units operation normal at this time

Installed circuit breaker for outdoor unit, breaker space cover and pump ups.
Found main breaker to air handler to be faulty and weak, breaker is over heating and tripping at this time. Both contactors for heat strips are faulty and has signs of arcing.
Upon arrival, I found issue with ceiling fan not working was due to a faulty switch. Replaced switch, issue resolved. Customer also requested we install a new (customer supplied) ceiling fan, after removing the existing one. I removed existing ceiling fan and replaced with new customer supplied ceiling fan. All issues resolved.
