Upon arrival found maintenance should be done got system up and running
Performed AC club rejuvenation cleaning Checked indoor voltage enhancement factory specs 15uf actual 14uf. Air movement system factory specs 9.3amps actual 3.66amps. Air movement blower wheel is clean. Heat transfer media coil system was dirty , cleaned coil. Air filter is dirty customer will change. Checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured Delta T 20 degrees. Cleaned condenser coil. Refrigerant pumping system RLA 17.9amps actual 8.38amps outdoor air movement system factory specs 1.50amps actual 1.27amps. Voltage enhancement system factory specs 45/5uf actual 44/4.89uf Voltage gateway is good res of 18.1 checked all electrical wiring connectors and harness are tight and secured system is functioning as intended at this time. System is up and operational at the end of cleaning.
Will need to return and do extended testing replaced coil evacuatedystem test ran operation normal at this time
Tom plans on picking an option and deciding what to do within the next day or two. 2 stage Furnace and AC install
Customer has no heat. Found area of concern with heat exchanger, showed customer area of concern. Checked indoor coil for leaks,found none. Static pressure was high at 1.00. Set up project manager
Furnace inspection: heat rise was 52. Air filter system was clean and recently changed out by customer. Air movment system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. All wiring looked clean and secure. Drain line looked clean and clear. Flame sensor system look clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. Flame gateway system was clean and clear of all debris and signs of concern. System was up and running at normal operation at the end of the visit.
Found control system fuse blown. Repaired and rerouted wire in outdoor unit. Checked operation. System working properly at this time.
Installed customer supplied kitchen faucet
Club service: Heat rise 24 degrees changed filter, indoor voltage enhancement within factory spec. Cleaned indoor fan and indoor heat transfer system. Checked for refrigerant leaks. No leaks at this time. Electrical connections tight. Outdoor refrigerant pumping system amps rated 17.1 actual is 9.2. Outdoor fan amps rated .9 actual is .79. Operation normal at this time.
Found system with error code EOF, Found faulty fuse replaced fuse checked all low voltage wiring seen no area of concern. Checked heat strips are operating as intended. Heat rise 50 degrees. Test ran operation, ran system through one full cycle. System is operating as intended at this time.

Test ran units found leak at schrader core on outdoor unit gave estimate for repair
Very small leak at manual shut off valve for the humidifier, repair and test.
Matt, I checked with the factory on your Boiler, as I thought that unit has been discontinued and replaced with a new model, some components do transfer to your system but not many, the vent material is still available and I am waiting to hear from the factory for availability, as soon as I know I will send you and repair estimate.
