Club service gas warm air, indoor air movement system is clean, repair small rust spot in burner area, removed and cleaned main burners, repair line hide that has slipped down. Inlet pressure is 17.59, Outlet pressure is 9.53, inducer fan is 5.72 and flame current 2.5.
Ac club rejuvenation: the supply temperature was 39 degrees and the return temperature was 61 degrees. The delta t had a temperature difference of 22 degrees. Checked the air filter system which was clean and clear of all debris with no signs of concern or worry. Checked air movement system which was clean and clear of all the debris with no signs of concern or worry. Checked all wiring, which were secure and clean check drain line system, which was clean and clear of all debris from the signs of concern or worry. Cleaned off inside and outside of indoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. Checked outdoor voltage enhancement system, which was running at a 38.9/4.7uf. Factory spec is a 40/5uf so it was running within the allowable fault of the system. Checked outdoor voltage gateway system, which was clear and clean with no debris or signs of concern or worry. Cleaned off inside and outside of outdoor unit with proper cleaner and wipes. System is up and running at normal operation at th
Replaced air ranger filter. Eletracal connections are tight. Blower is clean evaporator coil is fine heat exchanger looks fine. Draft motor and blower amps within factory geting a 30 degree heat rise clean flame sensor and burners. Operation normal at this time

Returned and Installed ourdoor warm weather shut down system, set to 70 degrees, above that temperature the boiler will shut off.
Returned and replace two zone control system, pumping system and fill valve, purge air from system. Checked for flow issue on both zones, found that the thermostatic mixing element has failed, removed element so forward can be established for zones.
No heat, hydronic system air bound, purge air from system, one zone valve has leaked (see photo) pressure temperature guage is leaking cannot see temperature or pressure (see photo), recommend replacement of both zone valves and also pressure temperature guage.
Low heat output kitchen system, hydronic coil with variable speed air handler, changed to a lower fan speed test ran.
