In Peoria, near Westwing Parkway and North 89th Lane performing a dual preventative maintenance service for 2 units. Replaced 10uf capacitor at time of service. South condensor motor is starting to chatter on startup, but amp draws are within manufacturer rating. Recommend replacing motor in the next year. Left estimate to replace systems at time of service.
