In Phoenix, near East Mountain Sky Avenue and South 14th Place performing Dual preventative maintenance on a Lennox heat pump condenser. Upon arrival, cycled unit into cooling/heating mode. Left homeowner with intake filter and took temperature readings from supply and return. At unit, cleaned and tightened electrical connections. Took volts and amp draws. Checked start and run capacitors. Checked Freon levels with super heat and subcool. Washed and rinsed outdoor coils. Checked air handler in attic; inspected duct work and drain pan/condensation lines. Upon departure, unit is working properly and within manufacturer specifications.
