Technician was thorough and respectful. Explained everything thoroughly.
The technician was great, no problem at all with his knowledge and professionalism. I was told to expect the technician between 10am - 12pm and he didn’t show up until after 1pm. After multiple calls I ended having to cancel a work meeting which I planned around the time that was given to me by your company. I was disappointed that a little discount was not offered after missing my meeting and sitting in the cold for over an additional hour.
The annual tune up was performed professionally and efficiently. The technicians showed care in covering their feet when walking through our house. We pay through a monthly standing order which also gives us protection and good service if we need it for any repairs during the year.
I recommend you to anyone who mentions they are in the market for a new furnace. I also loved that the furnace I purchased was made in America!!
The technician spent a long time thoroughly servicing my furnace and added some extras after explaining the cost alternatives.

Tech was on time even a little early. Was very thorough and patient while answering all of our questions.
Technician did not know the answer to the warranty of the wet switch or the surge protector that was installed. I would like to know this please. He also did not show me what I would need to do if the wet switch went off or where it was placed for the furnace. Technician was prompt and polite. Thank you.
