The first Morevent techs brought wrong filters plus turned off the outside unit. Also didn't bring filter for humidifier. We were very unhappy and someone else had to come to turn unit back on. Joey brought us the right filters and went over everything carefully. This was the third visit by Morevent simply for a yearly check-up.
