Keith was on time. He was very courteous and went to the problem. He replaced the worn part and spliced burnt wires. He put the new part in and the system worked fine. I might also add when I called Morvent yesterday afternoon with my problem they offered to send someone out the same evening. We had plans and couldn't stay at home, but I thanked the rep for the great service. I do have a service contract with Morvent and the labor and part were covered. Thanks again.
