called for the fall pm on system purchased 8/2017 in early october, as told that nov 22 was the first available. i was contacted in early november that due to a staffing problem I would need to reschedule to 12/3 (8am-10am window) 10:15 I had no call and no show so I contacted mordent and was told that the tech was running a few minutes behind but should be here soon. I think when the customer is given a window for arrival that a call should be made to update the customer.
Vince and I cannot believe the difference in the quality off our air conditioner and heating system we purchased in April. The service was impeccable from the sales aspect to installation and the great employees who do their routine service for us. We were impressed by the whole team's knowledge about these awesome products. The best part is our utility bills were cut in half! I WILL STICK WITH MORVENT
Have always had outstanding experience with this company through many, many years and more recently is no exception w/r/t initial contact coordination administrative personnel, service, techs, sales and all who assisted in transition to a much needed upgrade for a unit in a new home. Scheduling matters were resolved as soon as able when there was any issue. This is an honorable organization through and through, and in my opinion, for their business, there is no competition.
