On a routine visit for cleaning, the service technician noticed an unusually high volume of carbon monoxide at the furnace exchange. He spent an inordinate amount of times making adjustments. Still not satisfied with his findings, he had a senior adviser call me first thing in the morning to make more necessary adjustments and all is well. Thanks so much!
