Good service and respectful tech. However, fees--even as a member--are quite high for the amount of work that was needed as well as for the part. Something I could have done for about $50 was tagged at $156. Although pricing was excessive in my opinion, it still beats Horizon's work fees.

James and Matt were very informative in detailing heater problem. Would highly recommend More Vent for heating/air conditioning service.

Matt was great.He was very knowledgeable and explained everything that was done. He made my decision to sign a 1 year service contract very easy.I can already tell that the service that I will receive is more personnel than some of the big names advertised on T.V.Oh yea one more thing,Real friendly people actually answer the phone !

A surge protector was recommended and installed since we lose electricity about 6 times per year. Would have never thought about that.

My yearly HVAC maintenance was performed today by Matt Deal with MoreVent. Matt was polite and respectful of me and my property. Told me all he was doing as he proceeded with the job.
