Mountain Air Conditioning & Heating was amazing. They gave us a call when the technician was at the job before ours and when he was finished and on his way to our home. The technician, Fred, that came was even better. He came to our house and introduced himself. We explained the situation to him and he went to our furnace. He completed a thorough diagnostics and let me know about everything he was doing as he was doing it. Once he found the problem he let me know the issue and how much everything would cost before he went ahead and completed the repair. During the diagnostics he was giving me advice on quarterly/annual maintenance I should be performing to ensure my HVAC system continued to work at optimal performance. Fred was amazingly friendly and great at his job. I will continue to use Mountain Air Conditioning & Heating for all my HVAC issues and hope that it is Fred that shows up.
