I found Mr. Air after 15 years with another HVAC company that wasn't completely honest with me regarding my air conditioner earlier in the year. I knew then it was time to switch. I typically look for a reputable, owner-operator business. I checked all references I could find, including BBB, Angies List, Google Reviews, Yelp, etc. Everyone gave Mr. Air a 5-star review and they also had an A+ rating with the BBB. I had them out today for the first time to do a furnace inspection. They were prompt, friendly, honest, and offered the best price for the service. The tech answered all my questions and even endured my very-friendly dog watching him work. : ) I've found my new HVAC company!

Tommy was great! He got to our home quickly and was able to find the issue and secure replacement parts. Not only was he able to fix our furnace he did it with a smile and outstanding customer service. Working with a warranty company in my experience is never easy, but he made it painless. Our furnace is now up and running and we are able to salvage our weekend.
