Technician arrived an inspected the upstairs walk in shower for leaks. Ran the shower for approximately 20 minutes and observed proper drainage. No leaks were observed. The spot that the tenant had noticed was dry and stayed dry the entire time I was running the shower. Upon speaking to the tenant he believes that water may have run down the shower curtain and onto the bathroom floor and then ultimately leaked through the crack between tile and shower that is not properly sealed. This is certainly plausible.
