Upon arrival technician spoke with the customer, the customer explained that his system is still leaking into the drain pan. The technician went into the attic and found that the coil itself is leaking into the drain pan, so the technician took apart the coil and found that the primary drain pan is broken. The drain pan has a entire triangular piece broken off and sitting inside the drain pan as we speak. The coil will need to be replaced considering the drain pan is a part of the coil.
