Upon arrival the technician found that the level of the system is currently pitched to the outside of the home. The concrete slab for the condensing unit has separated a little bit and settled into the ground causing the unit to sink in further away from the home. Inspector flagged this as a potential issue. The customer would like to know if it is under warranty.
