Upon arrival technician spoke with the customer, the customer explained that they are moving out of the house and need some repairs done before selling. One of the two water heater tanks are not working due to the pilot light going out. This tank is the second tank in sequence, which means that the hot water goes into this tank to cool and be used. This hot water heater will need to be replaced. The customer also stated that the upstairs toilet needs to be replaced. The customer has already purchased the toilet. Also the garbage disposal needs to be replaced.
