Upon arrival technician began to investigate to find the reason that the system is not able to keep up with the 101 index. Upon further investigation the technician checked the refrigerant and found that the levels were 150/520. The technician took a look at the condensing coil and found that it’s completely clogged with dirt. The technician recommended cleaning the unit, homeowner stated that he could clean the unit. The technician notify the customer that due to the clogged unit the unit cannot breathe properly, which is causing the unit to overheat, which is causing unit not to work. After the homeowner cleans the condensing unit the system will continue to operate under normal conditions.
