I called My Plumber off Friday and was immediately scheduled for a service call on Monday. I was called on Monday morning and informed when the service representative would arrive. The representative arrived on time (amazing given the morning rush hour), quickly assessed what needed to be repaired, and offered me several service options, including the customer membership plan. Once I selected the repair option, Mr. Pike quickly completed the work, explained how my 0lumbing system had worked and was now working, finalized payment, and left. This is the third time I have used My Plumber for my plumbing repairs. As I told Mr. Pike, not if but when I need plumbing repairs again, I will be calling My Plumber again

Dishwasher discharge line was backing up through the air gap. Air gap was also warn. Removed discharge line and cleared local blockage Replaced plastic air gap with a new copper type.
cap 1/2 copper water line and 1 1/2 drain line pvc for laundry sink. Caped hot and cold 1/2 copper water supply and 1 1/2 pvc drain line leading to laundry sink
