The My Plumber service person came on time, was very personable, took pride in his work and completed the project correctly. All experiences I have had with My Plumber service personnel have been very positive. They are all knowledgeable and thorough. My ONLY issue with My Plumber is the cost of materials and whatever else is included in the total cost, which is not a responsibility of either the service person or the customer service department, which I have called. Parts used for two service calls at my house are considerably less if purchased in hardware stores/plumbing supply houses.
