The technicians were very professional and told me up front what they planned to do which was very clear. After work was completed we talked about tools to help with the job that was done, and other questions we had and they were very personable and gave us some great insight. Replaced thermostats and elements in 80 Gallon Electric Heater. 1 year warranty. Replaced back hose bib. 1 year warranty. Quoted $1,300 for a hot water circulation pump, and $2,000 for a booster pump. Refer to remodel: they want to purchase a flue-less fireplace for downstairs and need it drywalled in. They also would like to do a drywall patch where I cut for the hose bib, and a drywall repair next to a window where there is water damage.
