Psi 55 repalce hall bath water closet new valve and clear lavy sink drain from the roof new toilet and new valve
Installed new vessel faucet in upstairs hall bathroom. Old one had developd leak from rust on cold side and could not be repaired. Also replacd flapper in same bathroom toilet per courtesy. Everything is working at this time, 1 year warranty
Removed and replaced septic pump system with new pump, and mercury floats.
Customer has main line stoppage. Snaked main line through the outside clean out. Ran 3 cables. Hit blockage at around 40 feet. Could not get past the blockage. Tried several different heads. Pulled back what looked like mud.
Install 50 gallon gas water heater with thermal expansion tank. Installed a new half-inch gas cock. Installed three-quarter pressure regulator for whole house. Water heater installed in aluminum pan.
Replaced 1/2 pipe with pin hole. Psi40 homeowner is aware of the pressure but declined to replace it.
