Install a new gas thermostat valve on a 80 gallons state water heater in basement drain heater to pull and insert defective part that was causing burner assembly to be burning irregularly 1year warranty was given

Outside hose Bibb was not turning off. The hose Bibb to the right side of the house as you are facing the house. Tech removed old hose Bibb. And replaced it with a new 4” frost free hose Bibb. Replacing the hose Bibb stopped the hose Bibb from running. There are no leaks and hose Bibb turns off.

Replaced failed blower motor under parts warranty. Due to the failed motor the coil was freezing and when it unthaw the condensate drain couldn’t keep up and the secondary drain pan was filling. Do to the process happening over and over the water began spilling out of secondary drain causing ceiling damage. Motor is replaced and unit is operating normal and drain is clear.

Master bathroom shower had a slow drain. To get the flow to code. The K-50 machine is needed to correct the flow. 14 feet of cable went down the drain. The most resistance was at 3 feet, and now the drain line flows to code. Mr. Burns would like a estimate on a water fill Traciann system. His home is on a well. His well is letting lots of iron in the home and Mr Burns is very concerned about the iron in the water. Mr Burns would like to resolve it very soon.

Remove W/C run snake for 60’’ clear stoppage at 45’’ run water from all fixtures and washing machine for 15 minutes customer was satisfied with the result. TOILET WASN’T RESET DUE TO CRACK ON FLANGE , offer to repair flange customer decline to fix it.
