We had leak under sink due to old sprayer and pipes; the plumber immediately assessed another bad leak he observed once he was in the basement. We were thrilled that he could replace a sump pump with an appropriate submersible sump pump. We are very happy with the enormous effort to help us!

Come back today with original parts to repaired DELTA POSITEN . Installed the new one but still leaks .. I let customer know that problem is the whole mixing valve.. i give estimate to replaced it.. for $1020 single handle MOEN valve... he will give us a call back when he is ready to replaced it... only charge $ 567 for two handle lavatory faucet was installed 11/06/18. Yesterday..
Cut large hole in office room ceiling on main floor underneath upstairs bathroom to diagnose leak. Leak was coming from pin hole leak on upstairs vanity copper supply line. Installed new customer supplied lavy faucets in upstairs bathroom and in downstairs vanity sink.
Replaced hose bib and did pipe repair for hose bib line. Showed cusomter how to properly winterize pipe. Psi 100 explained prv needed to be replaced and that we couldnt warranty anything under these conditions. Gave customer option to replace it but he needs to think about it.
