So relieved they could get someone out as fast as they did. I don't know much about plumbing, but John walked me through what was wrong and had everything fixed before my roommates got home.

Conducted Safety check for HSP member. Reset temperature for shower. Trap under kitchen sink was leaking. Replaced trap and added some extension pipe where needed. Snaked drain pipe under kitchen sink, because customer believed it was slow draining. Tested work. Sink draining properly and no leaks under sink. PSI was 90, but customer is not ready to install a PRV at this time.
Customer had a sprinkler head that threads 1/2" into a 1/2" x 1" brass tee that burst. Threaded a 1/2" male adapter with a cap on the end into the pipe in order to cap the off and get the customer water. Told customer to contact a sprinkler company immediately. PSI 40
Install c/s lavatory faucet and shower faucet in the main floor bathroom Also replaced 3 angle valves for faucet and toilet
Install 50 gallon natural gas water heater with expansion tank. Also had to add a gas shut off valve.
System compressor out on thermal Outdoor coil. Very dirty Pressure 349/176 when the compressor finally kick in After homeowner cleaned outcoils and add a hard start to help the compressor Pressure 173/91
Basement flooded. Called servrpro. Backyard hose bib came disconnected behind wall at CPVC glue joint. Unable to reuse old spigot. Cut out section of drywall and installed new hose bib.
rebuild major on upstairs hall bath water closet. Gasket had gone ban leaking water and fill valve would turn off.
