System had a fully failed capacitor After talking with homeowner replace part
The trap on the other side was replaced to stop water from leaking
Master bathroom toilet was leaking. To stop the leak the toilet will need a major toilet rebuild. Replacing everything on the inside of the toilet will make the toilet not leak and operate efficiently to code. Work is complete, toilet is operating to code.
Replaced faucet working, properly. When it came time to pay she asked for the price again and then called her husband. He stated he spoke with Jennifer and was told the price for the work was going to be around $100. I told him they do not have the price book at the office. I told him we are flat rate and that is the price and reiterated that his wife agreed to the work. Long story short. They paid but would like to speak with a manager on Monday regarding office miscommunication.

Well pump off at circuit breaker panel prior to my arrival. Leak at 1” brass check valve at well tank tee in basement. Replace check valve and a few feet of 1” CPVC
Problem was that garbage disposal dishwasher plug wasn’t knocked when installing it asr Also replaced t&p valve on wate4 heater due to calcium.
Install customer supplied 80 gallon light duty commercial electric water heater with expansion tank and isolation valves. Also repipe connection to irrigation system.
HECKED SYSTEM AND FOUND A BAD FLAME IGNITOR, REPLACED WITH NEW SYSTEM AND TESTED SYSTEM THROUGH SEVERAL CYCLES AND SYSTEM TESTED GOOD. AIR FILTER WAS DIRTY, I CHANGED AIR FILTER C/S
