Waited 6 hours for an appointment that was supposed to be between 12 and 5. Tech arrived at 6:10 PM to do two hours of work. Rescheduled. No word. I called. On the schedule be no one had called. Tech arrived half an hour late. No heads up.

The plumber saw the leak and checked for other possibilities of the source. He then cut the pipe added new and sealed the leak.

Both times we had a service to our home, the technician came extremely late, leaving us home all day, not able to do things as planned. The first scheduled time was 7-11am and he showed up at 6:45pm, not to mention the AC was not working and we were HOT! Today, our apt was 8-12pm and he came around 4:30pm. Both technicians were able to resolve our issue, but because of the reason of the timeliness and lack of communication from company to technician (both said the company just sent them, they did not know of scheduled time), we will not be using your company again. We also had water leaking within a month of the first service, so that could have been resolved the first time? We do need to schedule a service annually to check, but do not feel confident due to this overall service.
Came on time, very knowledgeable, and the price was very reasonable.
Arrived to residence to perform $49 safety inspection x2. Began inspecting basement system and speaking to customer about priority club membership and he decided he was going to join. So I performed full system evaluation, coils ok, blower assembly ok, blower amps fine, blower capacitor within factory specifications, ducts need cleaning, all wire connections fine, and had a 22 degree temperature difference between supply and return. Attic system is a heat pump, coil clean, installed EZ trap safety, wire connection fine, blower motor amps ok, blower capacitor ok, and had a 20 degree temperature difference. Filters changed on both system. Outdoor units coils ok except for the side closest to the house. Customer declined services at this time. All other electrical components were within factory specs. Both system cooling proper at this time. Thanks for your business

Customer ultimately decided to have single handle pull out sprayer faucet installed in kitchen. Installation was successful triple checked with customer for drips and functionality all is as it supposed to be functioning normally.
Removed and reattached customer shower handle to fixed the hot cold issue

Tech replace 1” Pressure Reducing Valve (PRV). The old valve was leaking. Replacing it stop the leaking from the old valve.
Repaired PFISTER CARTHRIGE UPSTAIRS BATHROOM.. TESTED NO LEAKS EVERYTHING WORKING OK.. REPLACED FLAPPER AS A COURTESY SAME BATHROOM.
INSTALLED NEW 50 GLS NATURAL GAS WATER HEATER , EXPANSION TANK, 26’’ PAN , 12 YEAS WARRANTY ( 6 YEARS COURTESY TO SELL..). TESTED EVERYTHING NO LEAKS .. PSI 60,
