Fixed our leaking garbage disposal - however when we ran our dishwasher, our son discovered the countertops and floor saturated with water. The dishwasher water overflow pipe that run to the top of the sink was not correctly connected and all the water from the dishwasher ran into the cabinet below the sink and into the cabinets next to the sink. This also dispursed water on top of the counter too. Very disappointed especially after paying what we did for the service! Highly unprofessional.

Eyeglasses were suspected to have gone down the master bathroom toilet. Toilet is draining properly, but homeowner wanted a secondary clearing. Used 6’ closet auger to clear trap. Flushed multiple times including with paper. Confirmed draining properly. Wisdom discount applied. Left estimates for replacement of existing 75gal gas heater.
Master bathroom toilet had a siphoning fill valve. Toilet in upstairs bedroom habitually clogs (suspected fouling). Presented options for minor rebuild and closet auger.
Installed a new badger 5 1/2 hp unit under kitchen sink.
@@A CALL FOR 1101@@ Homeowner will have the ceiling removed and the ceiling exposed and clear of insulation on Wednesday, he has agreed to pay for the pipe repair and wants us to come back on Wednesday around noon 2/7/18 Caller has a leak that needs to be repaired. Caller states the pipe busted and the water had to be shut off.
Pull and reset done. Water was leaking underneath on to the ceiling tiles.
