Outsid floor drain stoppage. Clear stoppage after fifteen feet but couldn’t get past that point. Had to snake a few times. Customer upset about price but ok’d work. Told him how to use bio clean.
Upstairs hall bathroom water closet (toilet) leaks when it was flushed. To stop that leak the flush valve needs to be replaced. And the tank to bowl bolts were replace too. Water closet flush and has no leaks.
Went out to customer house to replace 2 shut off valve for hose Bibb front & rear while building task inspector show up to inspect water heater that was installed by us 04/10/18 by tech 1804101170mcASR for lose flute also no carbon monoxide was installed have rush to truck to fix flute in the present of the inspector and call for runner to bring detector convinced inspector to get final tag he then told the customer to call if we did install the carbon monoxide detector but I got everything done and completed
Furnished and installed new 50 gal gas water heater with 6yr warranty on tank and 2yr warranty on parts and labor, also replaced shut off valve to humidifier
