Arrived to residence due to no ac upstairs. Each thermostat on the upstairs level were satisfying. Noticed outdoor condenser coils were clogged. Gained permission from customer and cleaned both coils. Will cleaning noticed the 5 ton unit for the lower levels attempted to start but did not. Informed customer and he wanted to check that system out as well. Came to the conclusion to have a comfort consultant come out to give estimates on replacing due to the age and the system being completely empty of refrigerant. Both upstairs unit are cooling proper at this time.
