Nathan was polite, thorough, concerned about me as a customer. When I balked at the extremely high charge for a new kitchen faucet, he told me I could provide the faucet myself. I did so at a saving of hundreds of dollars. The information and advice he provided, his patience and excellent work were most welcome. I have only praise for Nathan but I was shocked by what I thought was excessively high cost of the job if I went with a My Plumber supplied faucet. I did not and so the cost was held down.

Inspected dryer vent ducting. 25’ rigid 4” ducting terminates on garage rooftop, not connected in attic. Used 4” round brush head to sweep lint from duct run and reconnected at roof terminal point. Cycled dryer, checked ducting for leaks. All conditions are ok at this time.
Performed semi annual maintenance and American standard gas furnace with straight Ac, check Tstat and wiring ok, filter recently changed, check heat exchanger ok , check inducer motor ,gas valve and pressure switch ok , check flame rectification system,pull and clean flame sensor, change (7.5 mf ) run capacitor , check blower motor and wheel assembly clean, bumb condensor, check standing pressures ok , system operational Supply temp # 136 Return temp # 76 Temp rise # 60 degrees
