The bathroom next to the laundry room water closet (toilet) was leaking. To stop the leak the wax ring needs to be installed. The wax ring was installed and the water closet was reset. The water closet is operating to code and there are on leaks.

Removed restriction. Recommended the installation of a laundry sink to drain the washer water there instead of the stand pipe. this drain has backed many times before onto the floor. also, recommended the kitchen line across the ceiling be changed. it is back grading
