1. Removed and replaced 50 gallon gas water heater including new water heater drain pan, new 4.5 gallon expansion tank, two new ball valves with dielectric unions, and supplied customer with a new carbon monoxide detector .... 2. Two year parts and labor warranty, six-year tank warranty .... 3. Psi 65
Customer leak coming through the basement ceiling. Searched for leak and found leak coming from an old saddle valve. Removed the saddle valve and made repair to 1/2" copper water line. Tested, no leaks at this time.
Installed cuomer supplied 3/4 hp insinkerator. Old one had developed a leak through time and use. Flooded sink and tested line and everything is working at this time.

Ducts & filter ok, inducer & blower motor FLA .7/4.9(good), safeties ok, supply/return air 129/68*F(61*F rise), 75,000 BTU output = 1,138 CFM airflow(good). Serviced humidifier (changed pad, orifice).
Urgar water closet in basement full bathroom toilet was unclog but have very poor flush recommended new replacement because at this time
