My technician, Kyle Wheatley, was diagnosed my problem right away. He explained to me my options and associated costs. He was extremely friendly and completed the job very quickly. If I ever need service again, I hope to have him as my plumber.

It appeared that the gentleman was more interested in "selling me another toilet" than assessing the problem and identifying the problem(as it was --I have some knowledge for this repair and I knew that I only need my "flush system " repair---he quoted me several prices and then attempted to negotiate with me. We finally agreed on a price--but still I think this was too expensive for what I needed.
