Completed safety check Located exposed voltage wire from system breaker to heaterpack , melted and exposed Respliced wire. System has multiple other issues
Arrived to residence to perform hsp maintenance heat and cool. Inspected air handler in heat mode, ducts need cleaning, blower wheel ok, filter needs changed, 60 amp breaker on air handler failed - with customers permission replaced breaker. Coil ok and mentioned ez trap safety for condensate line but not interested at this time. Electric heat kit operational and had a 66 degree heat rise. Switched thermostat to cool and system began operating in cool mode. Static pressures 66/66, coils clean, contactor not pitted, and capacitor within factory specifications. System is operating normal in both modes at this time
I installed a new customer supplied kitchen faucet. One year labor warranty.
I installed a new fill valve to the powder room water closet. One year warranty.
Installed 40 gallon gas water heater with strapped thermal xpansion tank, hot and cold shutoffs, and pan pipes to drain.
Relight 12 year OLD W/H natural gas 30gls No WARRANTY due to the age of the WATER HEATER. CUSTUMER DECLINE TO COMPLETED THE REST OF THE TASK 06/28/18. WE CAME BACK TODAY AND FOUDN OUT THAT HE FOUND SOMEONE ELSE TO DO IT FOR LESS.
Replaced thermostat with small screen digital thermostat
rolled until Friday the 11th at 9 am. Water can only be turned off from 9am to 12pm. @AFTER 9:00AM
Removed old kit faucet and replaced with new moen sibngle handle. It is a condo and they have to shut down the whole building to change the angle stops.
