Auger water closet in maste bedroom bathroom cleared blockage did not pulled anything back no warranty on toilet augers. Recommend replacing toilet customer decline
Customer called for two separate issues: First, her kitchen sink was not draining. I found the blockage was in the garbage disposal that had sat under her sink not working for a number of years. Replaced with new Badger5 disposal. Everything is working properly at this time. Customer’s water heater had also burst the night before and left water all over her basement floor. Removed old 40G Electric water heater and replaced with new State Select 40G Electric. Added expansion tank and leak containment system w/ water alarm. Everything is working properly at this time.
