Arrived to residence due to no AC call. Began inspecting system and condenser was getting signal to come on but would not start. Tested capacitor which failed. Gained permission to replace 35/5 mfd capacitor. Installed capacitor and unit began cooling normal. System is on board cooling with a 23 degree temperature difference. Offered HSP membership and explained the phasing out of R22 and age of equipment. Customer declined services at this time. Thanks for your business!!!
