The plumber who replaced my old toilet was very professional, a great improvement on some experiences I've had with plumbers. I was expecting to replace my old Toto toilet with an American Standard toilet. The man who made my appointment said he'd written my request for American Standard down. I did not find out until the plumber arrived that My Plumber doesn't install American Standard. So I bought another Toto in order to avoid the $79.00 estimate charge and delay in replacing my old Toto. Maybe I will find this new Toto meets my needs better than the one I replaced. I hope so.
