Mr. Leffler was very professional both in the job that he came to do as well as information regarding what “My Plumber” heating and cooling has to offer. His explanations were very clear as to our particular problem and what the company could do to help us. He also set up a cameraman (Carl Bryant) to come out so that I could see the inside of the pipe that our water flowed through and the tech explained everything that I was seeing as what he was doing it and gave me advice on the things that can be done to help any further problems.
