Notice six different copper pinhole leaks in basement. One pinhole leak on cold side very close to fairly new water heater. And the rest of the pinhole leak’s are on one section of the 10 foot copper pipe. Repair pinhole leak with 2 couplings next to water heater and remove 10 foot section of copper in ceiling and replace with 3/4” PEX. Also replace hot side boiler drain and both hoses for washing machine. 2 year warranty parts and labor.
Arrived to find original tech had left gate valve in semi closed position, which caused low hot water pressure. Opend valve and also installed thermal expansion tank on water heater to bring it up to code. Everything is working at this time.
