Worst experience ever

The water heater failed and they installed a new unit under warranty. I still had to pay for the very high labor cost ($850+). A day later I noticed a leak in the water heater pipes and I called them so they could dispatch somebody to fix it under the “30 day guarantee”. The employee arrived at about 9:30pm and he was neither courteous nor motivated to do the work. He stated that it wasn’t their fault and that it would cost me $425 to repair the leak. I showed him the leak was coming from the pipe the previous employee soldered during the water heater installation. He insisted it was their fault and tried to blame me for the problem. I will never use this company again and I will make sure everybody is aware of my experience so they don’t have to go through this.
