Contacted My Plumber to get the piping reconfigured for a new vanity installed. The piping was completed in about an hour for $400+. I was told it would be another $300+ to complete the connection to the sink and water lines. Additional work was declined as my husband could finish the job to save us $$. Disappointed that job wasn't completed......and we still don't have a working sink.

REPLACED THE CUSTOMER SUPPLIED AIR FILTER. FOUND THE OUTDOOR FAN NOT OPERATING. FOUND THE ELECTRICAL ABSORPTION SYSTEM SHORTED ON THE FAN SIDE. REPLACED THE ELECTRICAL ABSORPTION SYSTEM. INSTALLED A NEW HARD START SYSTEM.
Installed customer supplied toilet handle and replaced flapper.

Upon arrival checked the HVAC system for cooling operations, found the 9- year old Air Conditioning unit not working properly due to electrical failures in the voltage booster to the compressor. Also found faulty electrical voltage booster to the air blower motor in the gas furnace, need to replace the electrical voltage boosters in the outdoor and the indoor units and to install a power surge protector device $1336.00 for proper and safe operations of the unit. Due to moving soon, customer Authorized the replacement of the electrical booster in the outdoor unit for immediate repairs only. Replaced the 70.5 electrical voltage booster in the outdoor unit, checked operations, unit is working at this time.

3 year old home. Kitchen sink is completely stopped up. Snake kitchen sink with k50 drain cleaning machine with about 40’ of cable. Hit blockage at about 25’. Pulled back tiny bits of food and a round plastic object with hair stuck on it. 30 day warranty. If it backs up again within 30 days we will come back and snake under warranty and insist our sewer camera service.

Found that fill valve not working, replaced fill valve and flapper, 2 years warranty, tested 5 times to ensure properly working
Checked main floor system found gas pressure low adjusted as needed,checked attic system found system in good working order ,new hand evaporator coil,both system’s on line at this time.
Psi 65 replaced sump pump zoeller M53 with check valve tested everything working ok two years warranty parts and labor
Installed Washing machine pan. Measures out and drilled hole and attached nut and washer to male adapter running through the floor. Images included.
I inspected furnace system to include: R-410 Piston -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean -condenser coils are clean -Refrigerant charge is good Induced draft motor has failing bearings and is pulling high amps. Motor failure is imminent. Rejoined Priority Club.
Replaced primary pump as part of a battery backup system. 2 year warranty on primary pump only. Customer has a couple outlets in utility room that do not work, but there are no tripped breakers in the box. Told customer we would call to schedule electrician.
