Unit is not coming on. Checked the system and found hot surface ignitor been broken . Replace the ignitor and unit backed to operation. Also checked other components and found over amp inducer and blower motor and housing is not in shape. Informed customer regarding the issues and quote him for Repair and options for replacement due to the age and conditions of the system that causing system failure. He wants to hold on Repair and upgrade the system for now. Customer sign up for HSP monthly contract.
