Arrived to find water heater pilot out. Was able to relight it without any issue so concluded thermocouple was ok. Also found expansion tank on water heater had failed and was putting out water from air insert. Replaced with new expansion tank.
Augured toilet 6’ toilet is flushing now. Performed Toto minor rebuild. Toilet had wrong fill valve and handle arm was getting stuck on fill valve tube. Warranty 1801121160TWA
Snaked kitchen sink pulled back a lot of sludge. Snaked 60ft, so I went well into the horizontal line under concrete. Getting camera setup, spoke with one of the camera tech and it sounds like a possible belly in pipe and/or spot repair under concrete. Spoke with customer about the possibility of having to jackhammer the floor. Replaced tailpiece on left side of sink.
