All drains backing....sneaked 4 months a go. Cleared main sewer line through water closet in hallway bathroom.run lots of water...camera line......back to back bathrooms , could not use large camera....used small camera to get through cross ,,T,,.....small back grade inside of house......today issue is under footer out.....camera did not get pass low spot in front of the house. We can spot repair this next to house section,some under footer and APROX 8 ft long....9625$...or to property line.....14986$..... as curtesy 90 days 1x time free main line clearing warranty
I inspected heatpump system found indoor coil frozen and audibly leaking R410a. I picked up replacement coil from manassas carrier and replaced. Recovered remaining refrigerant replaced coil, pressure checked. Evacuated system to 500 microns, and recharged with 6 lbs R-410a. System is in good working order.
Arrived to find customer stating that kitchen sink would back up. Ran water for 5 seconds and watched everything back up. Pulled trap and disposal and snaked line 40 feet. Pulled back cables and did not see very much of anything on cables. Hooked everything back up and ran water for 10 minutes and everything is working at this time
Changed filter in all 6 VAV boxes and main air handler, return to service .
Checked and found no communication to indoor section,replaced circuit board ,Tstat wire and wall control ,checked operations and returned to service.
Psi 60 ajar rebuild in powder bath also replace spout in mb
Psi 60 leak comes from dw replace ks faucet with 2 angle valve
I inspected AC system to include: R-410a TXV -All electrical wiring, motors, and components -All safeties ok -drain is clear -evap coils are clean -condenser coils are clean -Refrigerant charge is Oddb 80 Iddb 73 Run capacitor is low in reading replace with new 45/5mf System is in good working order. This is office and they stated they had a HSP next office I checked with dispatch they said they don’t had any records
Replaced 3 failed NF8 for hose bibs. 1 year warranty Does not cover misuse of freeze damage.
Installed 50 gal electric water heater with drain pan
Psi 60 replace wc tank in women bath middle one
Installed 50 gallon electric low boy water heater with isolation valves, water heater pan and alarm. Filled and bled air out of system and set temp with mixing valves under sink Tested checks good.
Installed secondary drain plug Flushed system from drain pan , couple gallons of hot water.
Completed diagnostic Located clog in condensation trap Cut line and installed tee to have access to clear trap Completed repair and checked operations All other checks are ok at this time Recommended priority club membership
