Attempted to remove utensil from disposer and unsuccessful Replaced with new .5 hp disposer with new mounting flange. Tested for operations all good at this time. 2 year warranty on disposer and install.
Upon arrival checked HVAC system for cooling operations, found the 9-year old heat pump system not working due to electrical failures in the circuit protection and to the voltage booster systems. Replaced the circuit protection and electrical voltage booster, cycled operations found the compressor to be blown out from the electrical connections seal. Need to replace the failed compressor and drier for the unit to work. Customer declined replacing the compressor for now, said they will call the company that installed the system for possible extended warranty.
