This is the third water heater I've bought from you. Yesterday I was trying to be a responsible landlady and fix my tenant's problem as soon as possible. I happened to be with a group of friends who immediately felt the price was way too high. That same opinion was expressed today by my realtor. They all felt $1500 was more what they would have expected. When I spoke to your employee and found-out the warranty was for only 6 years, unlike the 10 year warranty you'd provided before, he said he was going to consult with you to see if he could extend the warrantyto 10 years without charging an additional $350. He never got back to me. I've given you a fair amount of business over the years and now this. I won't be calling you again because I feel you gouged me.
